the location was good, with convenient access to nearby shops.
My room had a noticeable fly problem upon arrival, even after requesting a cleaning. i could hear chairs scraping above starting at 6am, made sleeping difficult. i found thick layers of old dust and trash under the beds. It definitely wasn't clean!!!

The location had proximity to major sites. Good restaurants were a short walk away. I found ATMs nearby THE hotel. The breakfast buffet included many Vietnam food options. I especially liked the omelette station. Hot soup was available to order. The spa access was free for all guests. The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed.
The receptionist EMILY was rude and unwilling to help.
