My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was quite noisy, but the extra large bed was perfect for my Granddaughter and me. However, the room needed better servicing as there was a blocked toilet. The service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was good, close to tourist attractions and restaurants, though a bit of a walk to the market. The dining options could have been more varied, as the menu stayed the same for 8 days. The facilities were decent.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with individual bathrooms and a kitchen, while being clean and quiet. However, some areas were dusty, especially under the bed, which was a bit disappointing. The location is fantastic, close to popular attractions and eateries, making it great for exploring. The dining options are varied, catering to different tastes but could improve on European choices.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag overall. While it was way cheaper compared to other options and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were small, dark, and noisy due to traffic from outside. The missing breakfast option was a drawback, but the hotel offered a range of services like room service and car hire, making the stay convenient.
The hotel provides small yet comfortable and clean rooms for three adults. The lack of soundproofing can be a downside as it allows noise from other guests on the same floor to be heard easily.
My last night at the hotel was simply amazing. The room given to me was comfy and clean within just 5 minutes. Everything was on point for a great stay, but I noticed that the bathroom walls and shower floor weren't properly cleaned. The staff, however, were amazing, very helpful, and attentive, enhancing my overall experience.
Wow! My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room I had, which was a premium suite, was massive and top standard. However, the cups were the size of thimbles, but I must say the bath tub with a shower overhead was a nice touch. The service, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping, was excellent, and the spa facilities were top-notch. The location was good near most of the places one wants to visit in Saigon, making it very convenient.
